Behind Hofer Biohacking.

This work grew out of a simple observation: most ambitious people are not held back by a lack of will — but by a biology and nervous system that have never been taught how to live at this pace.

I’m Hofer. I work at the intersection of biology, nervous system regulation, and high-responsibility lives. For years I’ve tested what holds under real load: companies to build, families to care for, constant inputs, and very little margin.

My background brings together modern sleep and circadian science, nervous system literacy, breathwork, heat and cold, movement, and strategic environment design. I care less about perfect systems and more about structures that survive contact with your calendar.

The goal is simple: to help you feel like yourself at your best, more often, without burning through your future to get there.
